Calendar View / Color Setting

Is there a way I can pre-determine the color of my task in Calendar view?

Right now, the client meetings are shown in blue, but I'd like to all the client meetings to be red instead.

Instead of manually changing each meeting to RED, is there a way I can set all the client meetings to red from the beginning?

Use Conditional Formatting

Set up a rule like this

And Set the Task Bar Colour

In my case, anything tagged as a Class Delivery will be RED in the Calendar

So in your case, you could have the rule be something like if Description contains "Client" then Red Task Bar. It has to apply to the entire row..
