Formula for % Complete - Checked Boxes + Total items listed

Hi,

I'm trying to calculate the % Complete on a sheet. The data will be coming from the total number of boxes checked "Complete" and the total number of items on the list (Children).

I just keep getting Invalid Operation and Incorrect Argument Set.
