Allocation % Column

Does the allocation % column work? I'm finding that for one of my coworkers it is saying she is over-allocated even when her allocation is only 60%. 20% for three projects all given the same time. Could someone explain why this is or if there is a solution or explain how allocation works if I am not using it right.

The allocation % column works properly, although there migh be something wrong with your setup. Could you describe more the issue ?

Essentially anytime she has a value that isn't 0 in her allocation % column it pops up as her being over-allocated. I don't know what's wrong with my sheet or how to fix it. Any help would be much appreciated.

allocation is a number between 0 and 1, mmaybe is come from that.

Do you have other sheets with Legacy Resource Management enabled? If so, is it possible that this coworker is set up on a different sheet at 100% allocation for a specific task spanning your dates? This would mean any additional tasks would automatically make her over-allocated.
To check this, click the allocation alert icon for that row to open the Project Resource View which lists the sheets where resources in your project are assigned tasks. See: Legacy Resource Management and allocation
