Formula Help - Need to collect number of projects labeled "High" in another sheet

Currently using the PMO template pack and the formula in the portfolio Metrics does not seem to be adding up the categories correctly. Here is the sheet I am working in:

the numbers in the High, Medium, Low columns are not accurate. I need them to pull from the main sheet the total number of projects labeled as High/Medium/low

Current formula being used: =COUNT(COLLECT({Project ID}, {Priority}, High$1))

@Cleonard You can try replacing it with a countif formula. You can reference the column of main sheet where you have priority marked and use that as a range in countif formula.
