COUNTIFS AND CHECK BOXES

I tried to go through different scenarios and look to see if this has been asked before but wasn't able to find it. I am count 2 different columns. The first column is a customer's name and the second is a check box. I want to count if there is a customer name (any) in the first column and if that column has a check box to go with it in column 2. I had one answer but it counted the whole column of extra lines as well and not just one that did or didn't have a check box, if that makes sense. So the answer should be 62 but it was counting 72 because I had 10 additional lines but they were blank. Please help!! :)

The easiest way to solve it would be to add -10 at the end of your current formula.
