Send a form instead of an update request

Is there a way to send a form rather than an update request, but similar to an update request in that it is based on data in a sheet?

My use case is that I have n rows in a sheet, and need information for columns in each one of them. I need to use some conditional questions based on responses, so I can't use a simple update request.

@jzadra Unfortunately there is no direct way of achieving this. Can you describe your use case in more detail? That will allow us to check if there is another way of achieving it.
