It looks like the new Resource management tool is a time tracker and I do not want to do that with my team!! I want to view my resource allocation over a planned project so I can plan better. I looked at the legacy resource management and I have a few questions.
I like the Gantt view, but can each resource (person) be a different color? If so, how?
For each task I assign, the allocation column shows 100% regardless of if I assign it to one person or 3, why? How can I how how much of each person's time is on that task with regards to the entire project?
How can I see how many days each person on my project plan will be working as planned so I can make adjustments?
