Index/Collect Syntax

Good morning, Community! I thought Index/Collect but not 100% on the syntax and could use some help! Seems like I should be able to and if additional helper columns are needed, that can work too.

Where the question mark is below on the APIs sheet, the intent is to bring in how many rows from the Triage_Jira_Export sheet where:

• Get/billing-price-summary is checked
• O/C is Open
• and P/C is Blocker/Emergency

If you want the number of how many rows meet the criteria, you are going to want a COUNTIFS instead.
