Does SmartSheet back up all their accounts and associated sheets
Good morning,
I have a question regarding Smart Sheets back up. If for some reason Smart Sheet was to go down and or crash do you guys keep a backup of all accounts and associated Smart Sheets connected to the accounts that the users can use to restore w.e Smart Sheets they need to recover

Good Morning,
The best practice is to schedule recurring backups for your workspaces. Here is a help article: https://help.smartsheet.com/topics/backup-and-change-tracking. This backup option retains sheet data in Excel files, comments, and attachments. It doesn't provide a simple restore option.
There are other paid backup tools available out there. Here's one that Smartsheet recommends: https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/apps/smartbackup-smartsheet. This makes exact copies of your objects with formatting, rules, etc.
