Transfer the most recent cell value to row on another sheet.
I had a good run,
a few months without needing any help. I am attempting to build a simple inventory system where team members would complete a form with the items are columns every Monday. I want the most current numbers transferred to a second sheet where the items are now in rows. I have attached some photos to assist with the explanation.

If new forms are being entered at the top of the sheet then you can use a basic INDEX function.
=INDEX({Form Sheet Item Column}, 1)
