Is there a way to add another "Predecessors" column?

I'm trying to handle a "employees onboarding" sheet- I added each employee as a separate column (date column) to track the different tasks (per date. the tasks ate the rows). Each employee has a different timeline and I was to apply predecessors for each one separately. Is that possible?
