Conditional Formatting Help

Hello,

Can conditional formatting achieve what I'd like to do, and if so, how? I'm coming up short and would love help.

I have a daily task list for projects I'm working on. I would like to have the row turn red if the due date is 3 days away and the status column shows anything other than Complete. Is this possible?
