how can I fill in client contact information from one sheet when I enter the client name in another sheet?

Haha! yes, that makes sense.

This would be the structure of an INDEX/MATCH which I recommend using.

=
INDEX({ColumnWithTheValueYouWantToShow}, 
MATCH(CellThatHaveTheValueToMatch@row,{ColumnWithTheValueToMatchAgainsTheCell}, 0))

You could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets, and when you update the source sheet, it will reflect on the destination sheet.

Make sense?

Andrée, it does make sense I just don't know the formula to use. Does that make sense?

Andree, I could get it to work, but I am not 100% there.

When I fill in a customer name, I would like the point-of-contact name and email to fill in automatically in the next two columns.

Andree, I have another question for you. I have a report that I run for our managers that show when a project does not have an engineer assigned.

I have the report set to run Mon, Wed, and Friday at noon. Can that report only run when there is data in it? The report sends regardless if there is data or not. The attached photo is an example of a blank report that gets sent.
