Tracking Variance in Counts (up or down)

We count completed projects

What I want to see is:

On 7/16/22 we had 48 completed

Today we have 50 completed

So we are Up by 2 since 7/16/22

Is there a design or a formula to capture this?

I have a weekly dashboard of our orders, would like to show the variation on one week.

Hi @JKremer,

Depending on how your project data is tracked, something along the line of =COUNTIFS(Status:Status, "Complete", Completion Date:Completion Date, >=DATE(2022,07,16) should count for those 2 projects.

If you'd need further specfic advise about your project sheet, please make sure to include a screenshot where any confidential data has been hidden.
