Hi there,

I have a situation where I need your expert advice. I have build other forms with drop down and check box and logics but unsure if this at all can be done.

Can we have four fields associated with one KPI where 2 of them will be Numerical and other two $

Yes, you can. You can add the four fields, set them all to be validated as numbers only, and then have the currency formatting added to the sheet.
