Need to add column data from one sheet IF customer name and ticket # matches both sheets

Question

I tried using =INDEX(COLLECT({Completed Alterations}, [CUSTOMER NAME]@row, {CUSTOMER NAME LOOKUP}, [Ticket #]@row, {TICKET #}), 1) and this is not working. I cannot figure out why.

Completed Alterations is the data from sheet 1 that i want added to sheet 2 IF the customer name & ticket number (from sheet 1) match what is in sheet 2.

It looks like you need to flip your range/criteria sets.

You have:

range - criteria - range - criteria - range

You should have

range - range -  criteria - range - criteria

I honestly forget that second range pretty frequently, so no worries at all.
