Filter for dates in between start and end date

I have start date and end date columns in my sheet. I would like to be able to filter for all lines that have a date that falls between those dates. So as an example, if I have a start date of August 1 and an end date of November 12, I want to be able to filter for all lines that will happen in October. Neither the start or end are October dates but it does fall between the start and end. Is that possible?

You would set your filter so that it has the Start Date being less than or equal to 31 Oct and the End Date greater than or equal to 1 Oct.

This will show you all rows that overlap October.
