SOLVED API - Finding a user using the email address not the {userId}

SOLVED! users?email=

I have read the API documentation and see that you can query users using the identity {userId}. This of course assumes that you know what the {userId} for a particular user is which is rarely the case as this is generated by SmartSheet and not by the corporation using SmartSheet.

The corporation however, generated the user's email address. Is it possible for find users, using the API, using the email address as the input? What is the API call for that?
