Control Center - Add Existing Projects to Intake Sheet
Is there a programmatic way of adding existing projects to the Intake Sheet via Control Center or other means without duplicating respective projects?
I've been using Control Center to provision projects in my portfolio, but want to add projects which have already been created to the Intake Sheet to promote a unified way of updating profile data for all of my stakeholders. Because I've introduced the Intake Sheet integration with Control later following the introduction of Control Center, I'm now in a situation where the only solution I see is to:
- Turn off Control Center automation, which triggers project provisioning
- Update the flag in the Intake Sheet noting a project was created
- Manually add each project (30+) and perform cell-linking (50+ profile data elements) for each project.
This would take hours to do. Hoping there's a better way.
Thank you,
Zeb

I hope you're well and safe!
Depending on the structure of the former projects, there are a couple of options.
- Add the projects to the intake sheet and then mark them approved so they will provision automatically (if that feature is activated)
- You'd then have to manually copy/paste the old projects to the new structure (sheet by sheet)
- Develop a structure to migrate as much as possible automatically, but if you have around 30 projects, it's probably not worth it. I do it this way when I have clients with hundreds of projects.
Make sense?
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

Andree - thank you for your response. Your proposed solution makes sense but would cause more issues given the projects I want to be included within the Intake Sheet are already on Control Center, integrated with Resource Management.
Long story short it sounds like there's no programmatic way to connect projects (already on Control Center) with reverse cell-links to an Intake Sheet.
