Resource Management API Errors - Update User Custom Field
I have been getting receiving error messages when trying to update the custom field values for any user.
Issue: When attempting to update a user’s custom field value, the response is a HTTP 500 Response Code.
Steps Taken:
- Ensured auth header is correct.
- Reviewed the following the documentation, https://10kft.github.io/10kft-api/#updating-custom-field-values.
- Created PostMan tests – All failed the same way.
Desired Resolution: Be able to update the custom field values of users via the API.

Hi @Dave Lyons
Thank you for posting about your experience! I checked in with the Resource Management API team and they confirmed this was a bug that should now be fixed.
If you wouldn't mind, please try again and let me know if you get the correct result now.
Thanks!
Genevieve
