How do I reference another sheet for a specific value and it must return another cell value?
For example:
Source Sheet
Immediate Action Sheet
What I am trying to do in the Immediate Action Sheet is: If 'Require Immediate Action' column in the Source Sheet is a "Y", I want Case ID to populate along with the User ID.
Immediate Action Sheet - Final result

You can have the notification being sent by the original sheet and have a report pull the users that meet the criteria (or create a sheet filter).

A report would work well for this

Hello,
I looked at that option but I need to create an Workflow that would advise the User to take Immediate Action if one of their cases are flagged.
-
Why not set up the workflow from the source sheet then?

Hello,
The information gathered in the Intermediate Action Sheet will, also, contain metrics on the users themselves that we don't want them to see for the purposes of performance.

Within the automation itself you can set which fields are sent and which are not. This would allow you to exclude those fields you don't want sent in the notification.

Hello,
The problem is the users that are being evaluated are inputting data into the source sheet, as a result, we need a secondary sheet (Intermediate Action Sheet) that will pull from the source sheet to determine which users are triggering 'immediate action'.
