Add Month# text column enter 1 though 12, you can hide this column if you want.
=SUMIFS([Sale Net Revenue]:[Sale Net Revenue], [Month#]:[Month#], <[Month#]@row, [Month#]:[Month#], >=([Month#]@row - 3))
