Hi,

I am trying to use your smartsheet addin for outlook. I have a MS 365 account. When I try to send the email via the smartsheet tick in outlook, it redirects me to the following...see attached.

Can you please advise

Hi Steve,

The Smartsheet for Outlook add-in gives you the ability to add email messages and their attachments to rows or discussions in your sheet. From your screenshots, it appears that you may be having issues installing the app.
