Workflow rights when copying a row
I have multiple sheets which have a workflow setup to copy a row into a specific sheet. All works well as long as the person who owns the originating sheet is a admin on the destination sheet. However, I do not want them to have admin rights to that sheet, i only want them to have editor rights which I believe should still be okay but its not. When I switch their rights to the destination sheet the workflow throws and error that the destination sheet's rights have changed.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance...

Hi there - are all of the sheets in the same workspace ?
If others have admin rights to the workspace you cannot remove their permissions on singular sheets. I recommend moving the destination sheet where you want to limit permissions to a new workspace.

no they are not located the same workspace. Rights are different on each work space. Schedules are located in a workspace where they have admin rights. The Destination workspace they only have editor rights.

Hi @ScottPinson_AlliedSolutions
You are correct: the owner of the current sheet would need to have at least Admin permissions on the second sheet in order for the automation to run.
See the note at the top of this Help Article: Automatically move or copy rows between sheets
