Form and heirarchy

When a response to a form is entered, can the parent/child relationship be established automatically? For example: the parent is DEI and the children are the events underneath the parent.

DEI

• Juneteeth
• Martin Luther King Day

We use levels, so DEI = 0 and Events = 2, but we manually move them under DEI to establish the relationship.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.
