Conditionally Format Multiple Selections?
Hello,
I have a column that allows for multiple check boxes. Is there a way to make conditional formatting prioritize a selection?
For example: If I have low, medium, high as options I can make it color code green, yellow, red.
But if I have low - me, low - you. low - them, medium - me, medium - you, medium - them, high - me, high - you, high - them
Is there a way that selecting any combination would result in the color coding of the highest priority? If I select low, you select medium, and they select high - then I'd want it to be red for high.
If two people select medium, and one low - then I'd want it to be yellow for medium
I haven't found a way in which to make this work and it might be too complicated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @CK17
Yes thats possible, if use Contains in conditional formatting and stack the rules like below, you should get the results you need.
Hope that helps
Thanks

Oh I see.. I had it by Low, Medium, High as that's how I created the rules. Dragging them in the right order resolved the issue to do exactly what I need.
Thank you Paul!
