How to visually show "capacity" on dashboard

What I would like to do is have a "max" line or threshold, say of 100, so someone can look at the graph to see the capacity each project mgr has....

What is the best way to do this in Smartsheet on a dashboard?

Hey!

A few questions;

So each of the bars represents a manager and their %?

Is it showing 64% or 36 % capacity?

Where are you pulling the % capacity from?

How about a stacked bar/ column chart, with a static value in the background of 100 for every PM , and then subtracting their capacity %. This would look something like this

I agree with @SmartLew!

Having a value stored somewhere that subtracts the current value off of 100 (so you have the second value to display in a different colour) is exactly what I would suggest.

If you don't like the bar graph going past 100, you could display each individual line as a half-donut instead of a stacked bar, but both work. 🙂

The stacked bar graph will work but I'm not clear on how to setup the sheet.

I originally just had the "Total Project Pts" column, but tried adding the max and capacity columns based on the above comments, but that didn't work.

How does the sheet need to be structured in order to get the stack to work?
