Please add the option to lock filters on reports from admins. This is important when having multiple reports on a dashboard geared towards different stakeholders, but still wanting them to have edit ability in the cells unlocked/filtered.

Do you mean on Sheets, versus Reports? Collaborators shared with Editor permissions are already unable to update Filters built into a Report.
If you're meaning filters on Sheets, I'll update this Idea post to reflect the correct Smartsheet item.
