Pause days in queue when Status is 'On Hold'
I have a Status column (simple dropdown) and a 'Days in Queue' column which is a NETWORKDAYS from the 'Date of Request'. Is there any way I can have it so that the Days in Queue stops counting when the Status is set to 'On Hold', or something to that effect?

Yes, you probably could use Workflows with the Record a date feature combined with a formula.
