How to add new rows to category in smartsheet via form?

Hello, i need a form through which new products will be added. How to put them in the right category?

For example, a checkbox where they offer to choose a category, and which one you choose, the line goes to that one.

I've looked for this same functionality in the past and found this post: https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/75976/insert-form-data-under-a-specific-parent-child-row

Unfortunately it seems like it's not possible at the moment, but others in that post suggested some workarounds that might suffice.

Hopefully if enough people submit enhancement requests they will add it in the future.
