How Do I get the smartsheet Live data connector in Tableau to accept my API token?

I have downloaded the proper drivers and I have the proper smartsheet and Tableau licenses but every time I try to use the API token for SSO, I am thrown an error. Any advice on how to fix this would be great.

Would you be able to post a screen capture of the error you're receiving, and at what stage of this documentation? (But block out any sensitive data).
