Query String - How to send text with spaces ?

Dear Community,

I am quiet new to Smartsheet and would really appreciate your help. I am trying to insert query string into formula and face an issue: Only text before first space symbol is actually sent to the form. Please, see a screenshot below:

So, when I open a form via this link in Title field I see only TestIdea2 value.

Any idea how do I get the whole expression like "TestIdea2 1 111" ?

You will need to substitute each space with %20 so when you are adding the Primary Column value use,

=SUBSTITUTE([Primary Column]@row, " ", "%20")
