Cross Linked sheets Need to be Empty each Monthly

I have a sheet which I save as a template which is cross linked to another sheet where fresh data are inputted on a monthly basis. Is it possible to keep the 2 sheets continuously linked together so that data can be inputted monthly. The sheet where the data is inputted needs to be empty each month and at the same time the data needs to be stored.

any help would be appreciated.
