I have a result column where the answer can be Yes, No or NA.

I have a score column where I want to count to show a 1 if the answer in my results column is either Yes or No.

I can do the formula if it is just Yes but am struggling with the either or.

=COUNTIF([Opened by offering to help and providing name]@row, "Yes")

THis is what I have for the Yes part. Please assist with adding the NA in the same formula

Try something like this.

=IF(OR([Opened by offering to help and providing name]@row = "Yes", [Opened by offering to help and providing name]@row = "No"), 1)
