Error #NO MATCH in VLOOKUP formula

I need help please...

I'm trying to use VLOOKUP formula and it only worked in one row! Tried to add a column to use the VALUE formula and the result is #INVALID as per below image.

I'm using the Project ID as a common factor...

The structure of VLOOKUP should be. You're missing a reference.

=VLOOKUP(CellThatHaveTheValueToMatch@row, {RangeThatHaveTheValueToMatch*}, 
ColumnNumberWithTheValueYouWantToShow, 0)

*Where the first column is the ColumnWithTheValueToMatchAgainsTheCell

Also, I'd recommend using INDEX/MATCH instead.

=INDEX({ColumnWithTheValueYouWantToShow}, MATCH(CellThatHaveTheValueToMatch@row,

{ColumnWithTheValueToMatchAgainsTheCell}, 0))

Have you tried Copying the Project ID where you were given a #NO MATCH

Then do a Control F on the Database sheet, to see if it is found there?

Also, what's the name of the column from the Database that is needed for the result?
