Find a value with the latest date

I'm making a sheet summary where I want to pull a value with the latest date

I want the Status Health in the Sheet Summary to populate with the Status Health that has the latest date. I'm trying to use index match but it's not working.

I got it to work!

=INDEX([Status Health]:[Status Health], MATCH(MAX([Last Status Update]:[Last Status Update]), [Last Status Update]:[Last Status Update]))

=INDEX([Status Health]:[Status Health], MATCH(MAX(Created:Created), Created:Created))

It's not quite working. The latest date I'm referring to is the Last Status Update column.
