Checkbox formula

I'm trying to create a variable formula. If checkbox is check then the caluculated date is M3.3 column - 45 days, if it's unchecked then it's M3.3 + 7 days. I've figured out the formula if the column is "Yes" "No" but want to do it by the checkbox instead.
Current Formula =IF([FFE Required for License]@row = "YES", [M3.3 Cert of Occpancy Date]@row - 45, [M3.3 Cert of Occpancy Date]@row + 7)

The "YES" would become a 1 for a checkbox being checked:
=IF([FFE Required for License]@row = 1, [M3.3 Cert of Occpancy Date]@row - 45, [M3.3 Cert of Occpancy Date]@row + 7)
