Sending Email when Contact column changes
I have a flow in my smartsheet that is supposed to send an email to the responsible person in the column...
When I put a value in the Responsible Email column, it sends 2 notifications. Why is this?

Today I am getting only 1 email per notification. Don't know what changed but it i working now...Thanks for responses

Your workflow looks good to me. I don't see anything from there that would indicate a double email unless the recipient contact is in that field twice (you may have multi contact field enabled (not sure if you do)).

I do have my contact field to allow multiple contacts, but I am only putting in one person at the time. I turned it off, but still get a double email

Has anyone else had this problem. Not that it is a huge deal, but I am sure that people don't want their email filling up with double emails from SmartSheet
