Smartsheet outlook addin

I was wondering if it is possible to integrate Smartsheet into outlook. I tried to include the add-in but received this message. Please let me know if this is possible.

Yes, you can use the add-on if you are using O365. My experience with the add-on has not been great from feature/functionality wise.
