How to count if cell A is blank and cell B has text?

I'm trying to write a formula so that I will count something if the cell in column A is blank and the cell in column B has text. How would you write that out?

Try something like this.

=COUNTIFS(A:A, "", B:B, ISTEXT(@cell))
