Resources are not being found in Resource Management.

Hello,

I have added a team member to my resource sheet and am getting the message that the user could not be found in Resource Management. I've verified that the user is both in Smarthsheet and Resource Management but they are not being found.

Has anyone ran into this?

You noted that the user is in both platforms, but can you confirm that their account is a member of your organization's Smartsheet plan, and that the email is the same across both platforms? (See: Adding users to Resource Management)
