How do I flag a row once a percentage in another row hits a certain percentage?

I'm trying to trigger the red flag to show up once a row is 80% or higher. I tried using conditionally formatting, however, the flag symbol isn't an option. I also attempted a few different formulas, which didn't work. I want the red flag to populate once a percentage from the same row is hit.

You should be able to add it to the Flag column.

You can do it with a combination of a Workflow and the change cell action.

Thank you for your fast response. I don't see an option to use the flag symbol. I also want the flag to show when my percentage is 80% or greater and it doesn't allow me to indicate that.

Apologies! I forgot about that.

Try something like this in the Flag column.

=IF([%]@row >= 0.8, 1)

That worked, but I had to create a separate column to add my formula. Is there a way to add the formula to column using the checkbox type?
