Project health formula based on due date

I want to create a project health formula that accomplishes the following:

If target end date is >3 days, status is complete, or target end date is blank = green

If target end date is in 1-3 days and status is not complete = yellow

If target end date is today or 1+ days ago and status is not complete = red

How's this:

=IF(OR([target end date]@row - TODAY() >= 3, [target end date]@row = "", status@row = "complete"), "Green", IF(AND([target end date]@row - TODAY() <= 3, [target end date]@row - TODAY() >= 1), "Yellow", "Red"))
