Error Message: "Rows cannot be added to the destination sheet..." for my Copy Row Automation?

Was this ever figured out? I am owner of both sheets and getting same error, even though the sheets are duplicates of each other, one just has no rows currently. It is impossible to submit a help ticket and it appears there is no number to call smartsheet for a quick answer.
