Formula Character Limit
I am creating a large formula, when I add in another column, the formula stops working. Is there a character limit to a formula in a cell?
=IF(OR([Billing Schedule]@row = "", [Billing Launch Date]@row = "", [Steady State Date]@row = "", [# of Locs]@row = "", Biller@row = "", [Monthly Goal Standardization]@row = "", [Monthly Goal]@row = "", Status@row = "", [Goal to Fast/PM]@row = "", [Monthly Goal Date]@row = "", [BB Window]@row = "", [Billing Year Month]@row = "", [Sent to Fast vs. Returned to Billing]@row = "", [Launch to First Bill Sent]@row=””, [Actual Goal Completion Date]@row = "", [Core Sox Audit Completion Date]@row = "", [Sox Audit Completion Date]@row = "", [Actual to Fast Date]@row = "", [Date Review Returned to Billing from FAST]@row = "", [Date Review Returned Back to Billing from Launch]@row = "", [Release Date]@row = ""), "", "Complete")

I believe there is a limit but I've created formulas much longer than that and it works. You sure that's the issue?

I am assuming it is the issue because when I start adding in another column, everything blacks out, when I backspace, it comes back on. For example adding in [Launch Date]="", When I type [Laun it is still on, when I get to the "c" to blacks out and reverts to an invalid warning in the cell.
This is why I am assuming it is a character limit.

I hope you're well and safe!
The limit is 4000 characters (including blank spaces), so you're not close to that.
Can you maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing)
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Well, thank you all for the help. This is what I did differently and it worked. I was adding in another column in the middle of the formula, between comma's. I decided to try to add the additional columns at the end of the formula and it worked. For some reason it did not like me adding it in the middle. I was trying to keep the formula in order of the spreadsheet, but it is fine putting it at the end.
Thank you -
