Countifs with Find Newbie Question

Hi all,

New to Smartsheets. I've read several of the post on this topic but can't get it to work on my side.

I have a metrics sheet with everyone's name on it...trying to reference a project sheet "team members" column which list all the different people on a project. I want to show a total next to each person to show how many projects they are involved in.

Here's what I tried...and many other combinations......can't get it to work

=COUNTIFS({Stakeholder}, FIND((Input82), @{Stakeholder}cell))

=COUNTIFS({Stakeholder}, HAS(@cell, Input@row))

=COUNTIF({Stakeholder}, Input@row)

Thank Andree...that works if I am looking at a column that only has one name per cell....but doesn't work if there are multiple names...that's why I was trying to us the Find or Contains language...any ideas there? Thank you again for the help.
