Date format in automated emails
Hi there,
I've set up multiple automated emails as part of the workflow process and have just noticed that the dates contained in the automated emails are in the incorrect format, despite me setting my regional preference in the settings.
I have the dates set up in my settings for Australia format (i.e. DD/MM/YY) and this is how it shows in the Smartsheet itself. However, I have chosen for the date columns to appear in the automated email and these show up as MM/DD/YY.
I've looked and can't see any way to amend this, which seems odd. Could someone advise if I'm doing something wrong please. 😪

Hi @Alicia_PRB this could be a server location issue and local vs 'global' (ie US). I had a problem with dates and times being out and it was a from the same. This is not a solution but might prompt thinking about one. Best.

Thanks @Phil Wightman. Hoping to find a solution. The automated emails are only being sent to other Australian locations.
