COUNTIFS Formula keeps returning 0 can someone explain to me why?

I Need Help this formula keeps returning 0 but there are fields that match this criteria and I cannot figure out what the problem is I am referencing the sheet below in my formula =COUNTIFS({Hires Listing_Report (3) YTD 10/7 Range 2}, "Ramiya Iyer", {Hires Listing_Report (3) YTD 10/7 Range 1}, >=DATE(2022, 9, 11), {Hires Listing_Report (3) YTD 10/7 Range 1}, <=DATE(2022, 10, 8))

Have you double checked your ranges to ensure they are covering the appropriate columns?
