Smartsheet Forms - Auto Populate other fields via a pre-defined list?

If a field is populated within a form, i.e name, can Smartsheet then auto-populate other fields via a pre-defined list?

E.G. If name is Joe Bloggs, the location field populates as London.

Answers on a postcard and all help is appreciated!

Can this not be at Smartsheet Form level? - rather than at sheet-only level?

In fact, we want the field added on the back end form (sheet) they don't need to see it at the form level.

Is there a way of doing this and can you provide an example?
