I want a formula that will count how many lease expire in a given year. Some of the data in the column is 'na' or blank because it is not leased, but owned.
Hi JK, try this one:
=COUNTIF([Lease Expire Date]:[Lease Expire Date], IFERROR(YEAR(@cell), 0) = 2022)
Replace the Lease Expire Date with the name of your actual column.
Does that help?
